Delivery & Returns
ROSES ARE RED delivers worldwide.
Shipping is FREE for orders over 85 euros inside Greece, otherwise there is a flat shipping fee of 5 euros, applied in checkout. All domestic orders are shipped via Speedex Courier within 3-5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.
Shipping is FREE for all international orders over 290 euros, otherwise there is a flat shipping fee of 25 euros, applied in checkout. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or ELTA within 3-5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. For overseas delivery with ELTA, there might be delays due to covid restrictions on airplane companies.
TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the E.U. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from ROSES ARE RED, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ROSES ARE RED.
ROSES ARE RED is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. All fees to ship the package back to customer will be covered by the customer. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
ATHENS PICK UP
Orders are available for local pick up from the ROSES ARE RED flagship store in Athens, Greece. Our Pick up options are available from Monday - Saturday, by appointment only. Please email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation and the date&time you would like to collect your order.
We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or colour. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.rosesarered.gr, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
Items must be returned in new, excellent, unwashed & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. We cannot refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Briefs and lingerie should be tried on over underwear.
Customers cannot return items that have been made to order or customised exclusively for them.
ROSES ARE RED reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
We do not provide shipping labels for international or domestic returns or exchanges returning back to ROSES ARE RED. Customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. ROSES ARE RED is not responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages. We happily issue store credit. Store credit does not expire.

RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to our studio. We will contact the customer via email or phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
